This Coolbinia renovation showcases thoughtful design. Amerex remodeled the floorplan, relocated key rooms and introduced sleek finishes to create a light-filled, functional home.
Open Plan Living
By removing internal walls and relocating the old laundry, we created a spacious open-plan living area overlooking the pool and gardens. Natural light now floods through the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating seamless flow and connection to the outdoors.
Kitchen Relocation and Redesign
What was once a laundry and study is now a modern kitchen positioned at the rear of the home. By removing these two rooms, we created a large space to install the new kitchen and this faciliated a much more open living area.
A reeded window splashback adds natural light while retaining privacy. With clever storage and full-height cabinetry, this kitchen is both beautiful and practical. Did you spot the TV installed above the fridge? The built-in TV above the fridge was a custom request, so the owner could watch their favourite chefs and sporting events while cooking up a storm!
Bathroom and Ensuite renovation
Both the bathroom and ensuite were completely reimagined with a crisp, modern look. Chevron tiling, dual mirrors, his and her sinks, and sleek storage combine for a space that’s stylish and functional. A new laundry was also created in a completely new location in the floorplan.
