As we are a small business, we are only able to extend this service to a limited number of projects. Currently this is limited to homes located in suburbs within 5km of the CBD, or projects that are in close proximity to where we are already working (current projects are in Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Subiaco, Marmion, Perth, Floreat, Mullaloo, Coolbinia and Menora).

How much does a Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry package cost?

At Amerex, we only build quality renovations that are built to stand the test of time. We do not paint over tiles, we do not spray paint existing cupboards. We gut out your rooms and completely replace everything so it is like brand new again.

Each home renovation project is unique and requires a personalised approach to determine the cost. Without knowing the scope of the project, including design and materials, it is impossible to provide an accurate estimate. However, please note that we don’t typically take on projects under $150,000.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and results for every client and by limiting the scale and number of projects we undertake at any one time, we are able to consistently deliver quality results for our clients.

Remodelling the kitchen will damage the floor. Is this included?

This can be included as part of your quote and will be additional. Depending on your floor covering, you may want to consider replacing your floor covering too. We are experienced in repairing timber floors and if your floor is tiled, we will do our best to source matching tiles.

Can you move a wall? How do we know if it is load-bearing?

Yes, we can move walls and this is one of the advantages of using a Registered builder instead of a kitchen or bathroom company that cannot do this. We can usually tell you straight away if a wall is load-bearing. Before commencing any works, we will arrange for our Structural Engineer to review your design drawings and they will make recommendations in regard to structural integrity. You can be assured that you will be in safe hands.
