NO STONE WAS LEFT UNTURNED IN THIS MAJOR RENOVATION PROJECT
Amerex has created a brand new 1920s home using the original character home as the template. No stone has been left unturned in this comprehensive renovation and addition. The extensions were architecturally designed to transform the original yet pokey house into a modern and practical family home.
SECOND STOREY ADDITION WITH MORE BEDROOMS
The second story addition to this Californian Bungalow included new bedrooms and an upstairs living area. Downstairs a complete renovation of existing areas of the home was undertaken. An extension was added at the rear to include open plan living leading onto an Alfresco area with a double garage accessed from the rear lane.
CALIFORNIAN BUNGALOW READY FOR ANOTHER 100 YEARS
The end result of this major home improvement project is a fully restored and extended Californian bungalow that features formal and informal dining areas, formal and informal lounge, study, a state-of-the-art kitchen that includes every modern feature imaginable. This includes soft closing draws, appliance cupboards, cupboards with inserts to make accessing items in awkward corner cupboards easy, and much more. The kitchen and dining seamlessly flow out to the decked alfresco area which features an incredible outdoor kitchen that is a complete kitchen in its’ own right. The alfresco area also has a timber-lined ceiling and a limestone feature wall.
HERITAGE FEATURES THROUGHOUT
Throughout this major renovation, heritage features have been maintained. These included polished jarrah floorboards, heritage archways, high ceilings, colonial skirting and cornice, ceiling roses, and double-hung timber windows.
