This second storey addition has created the ultimate parent’s retreat upstairs. The owners took inspiration from the ‘high-end hotels’ they enjoyed such as The Crown and wanted to create their own oasis at home. Why go away when we can have luxury at home?!
INSPIRED BY 5-STAR HOTELS
The new addition included a master bedroom with ‘his and hers’ walk-in robes, a 5-star inspired ensuite and a large and luxurious sitting room with a custom-built bar.
HANDCRAFTED CENTRE SPINE STAIRCASE
The second storey is accessed by a stylish, centre spine, open-tread timber staircase.
NO NEED TO MOVE OUT DURING THE BUILD
The entire second storey was built while the family remained living in the home.
MORE SPACE – UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS
The ground floor is now for the teenagers and young adults in the home. While upstairs is the ultimate parent’s retreat, where they are even set up to entertain using the bar and living area.
